if I had to be super picky, the .nes file has battery set to 1 in the header, but there is no battery nor work RAM on ...

So it does seems to be an unreleased game.

I can confirm that it's a prototype (and it is listed as such by both MESS and nointro), but I'm not even sure where the dump come from...
