There's an English arcade version of the second Puzzle & Action, at least, and it's romanised "Ichidant-R"... so the other one would probably be "Tant-R".

The cart is from the "Y2K 64-in-one" series, and was being sold as an accessory to those lousy Power Player Famiclones that are at all the malls these days.

Looks like it, at least according to 7. Transfer game data from GB GameJack to PC:-
Select “Dump ROM to file” in the “GB Flash ROM Tools” window and save the game file to PC.
