Newbie to the site here. I remember playing this game I rented when I was a kid. All I can remember is a part where you kill/knock out a guy in a purple or white suit. Then you can switch his suit for yours to avoid detection. There was also a driving part where you could run over someone on a bike. These are fuzzy memories but the game has always stuck with me. Any help with the identitiy of this game would be greatly appreciated.

2D NES. If it helps I remember it being pretty gory for a NES game.

You drive a car that can run over people on bikes. The driving is only part of the game. There is a pary when you have a gun walking around too. Thats is the part where you steal the guys suit.
