|
|
This seems like a topic that would be asked about a lot. But, I searched earthbound in the fourm and didn't find anything on it.
Anyways, for those unfamillar with the whole thing go here.
http://starmen.net/stonehenge/bluedisks/
anyways the site claims
"the disks have returned to us (starment.net) "
but, there's nothing else after that. Plus, the so-called "Devster's Lab: Mother 3 DeeDee!" fourm is nowhere to be found either.
After searching through the starmen.net fourms for awhile it seems almost everything related to the blue disc saga has been deleted. (there's very subtle mentions of it)
What happened?
Anyone know how the 'saga' ended?
Or if it still continues?
B/c as a EB fan this is like a holy grail. |

So that coreycorey2000 guy is a part of starmen.net?
or at least heavilly vouched by them.
I'm sort of lget ost in the 15 pages as the thread is so long.
What has he accomplished and what is remaining?
I'm glad there's still hope though |

I never really played those Mother/Earthbound games but I look forward to reading about discoveries if they get the game running. |

He had a long thread on the digitpress.com/forum too, but the site is down right now.

The "Devster's Lab: Mother 3 DeeDee" board is still on the Starmen forums, you just need to be logged in to view it. |

Well, he kept finding parts for a proper N64DD dev kit one piece at a time, but he needed one or two other parts to get it working. Can't remember which ones. Corey's a pretty cool guy. If you write him he usually gets back to you relatively quickly. He's still not sure if there's anything worthwhile even on those disks. You can't do anything with them without an official NCL devkit.
