Actually I got some use out of BMF's site, as he has the de-facto NES palette for emulators... just look at the example with SMB. (set the scanlines to just the right setting and it's like you're really playing on a TV! )

Might have to check out some of those links though... some I've seen before, though.

I've never seen that many screenshots of Conker's Quest in one place. That would almost be an unreleased game, seeing as it's so different from Bad Fur Day.

Rare was initialy make Conker's Quest with cute characters and colorful settings for a child oriented gamer but Rare started to fear that the game would simply get lost in the platforming crowd, and critical mockery of "yet another cute platformer" caused the original game to be drastically overhauled. Rare re-tooled the game for the older gamers with lots of scatological humor.
