Still unsure of what Ill do with Diablo, the good half wants me to just let it loose, but bleh. I did have it back up for sale on Assemblers briefly before I dumped it, but I ended up not needing the cash at the time.

I'm not lying. I recieved several phone calls from a lawer at my store. I called him back getting the Vivendi games legal dept voice mail. After we finally spoke he denied that Blizzard had ever created the game and accused me of coding a counterfit using the Blizzard name. He wanted to know where it came from,where it was sent and a letter saying all copies had been destoryed. I had assumed that by now he had contacted Borman as well (he has since stopped calling me)but I'm not making this up.

If I had reservations about what would happen to the ROM I would not have sold it on the open market that is eBay where anyone could have bought it.

When I think of Blizzard as a "corporate entity" or whatever, I always think of bnetd. So this doesn't really surprise me all that much Smile

Ahh, i'm guessing blizzard doesn't really care, but with Vivendi you never know. Their legal beagles have been throwing around stupid lawsuits for years.
