Whatever. The dude seems to legitimately own the game, he can pull whatever crap he wants. If the money's there, why not?
What he should be doing is paying some of the very talented nesdev community to make Cheetahmen 3... |

So, if I understood correctly:
- This man's involvement with the Cheetahmen franchise dates to 2010, when he found an Action 52 prototype.
- He then copyrighted and trademarked all the needed stuff so he could legally sell a standalone version of the Cheetahmen 1 prototype from that cartridge.
- And now he's contacted the original programmer for making a new poster and autograph some of the Cheetahmen 2 cartridges he's going to release, using the bugfix patch from romhacking.net.
Is all of that correct? Just making sure, for future reference. |
