While doing some random searches, I came across several of these things.

Does anyone have any idea what they are?

There are a few publishers that do this. They have a bot which chooses articles based on what they think is relevance, then list them on various sites for sale. They're actually print on demand, so they're able to list tens or hundreds of thousands of "books" for sake.

It's ridiculous and scammy, but at least the automatic process results in some periodic hilarious misfires, like "Vreni Schneider: Annemarie Moser-Pröll, FIS Alpine Ski World Cup, Winter Olympic Games, Slalom Skiing, Giant Slalom Skiing, Half Man Half Biscuit". The publishers' attempts to defend their practices are also pretty surreal.
