Did anyone save Tootai's prototype ROM dumps, from page 7? All links are unfortunately dead. They seem to be available in certain links from google searching, but they're for the most part sketchy links.

Ok, so I started working on hidden palaces wiki and I wanted to make a page about that batman proto with cheat codes and movie cutscenes. Does anyone still have that link, also what are the codes for it?

I'm assuming you mean this one. There should be stage skip and invincibility codes. I think stage skip is A on controller 2, I'm not sure about invincibility.

I think that was final. But I did find the prototype. The only code I could find was stage skip tho.

This is what I came up with for the wiki article tho. If you can fill in release date of both batman protos or who owned and released them that would be good.

Ha, the batman proto debug controls were posted in this very thread. I missed them. I tried them on the earliest proto and the invincibility toggle doesn't work. But skipping levels and freezing the screen still does.

So recently No-Intro has been discussing it, and it has been pointed out the Bird Week proto is an overdump of both the PRG and CHR ROMs.
(the last half of PRG is increasing numbers and it seems that the second half of CHR is a mirror of the first)
So they say after changing, it becomes identical to final?

I didn't check to see what the rom looks like after trimming the excess data, but I'm in agreement that Bird Week is an overdump.

Damn, sorry about that. I still need to dump my Little Nemo sample, but I don't have an older PC to hook up my Copynes to.

Where's that No-intro discussion btw?

This seems to be it, though I see mention on their main website discussion area (which linked back here, reminding us of even when that proto was dumped).
