I recently saw in Retro Gamer (magazine out of the UK) an advertisement for yet another retro gaming mag. They proclaimed to have found a Faceball prototype (something I'd never even heard about). Quite fond of the Midi Maze series, I was curious... so I looked on Google, and found this: http://dogpn.home.mchsi.com/VirtualBoy/Protos/VBProtoFB.htm
Have a nice day.

Interesting indeed, so there's another Faceball prototype? Could you give more info, maybe provide a scan of that magazine?

The ad itself doesn't show much info, so the magazine being advertised would need to scanned (maybe they have a website?). Sadly, I don't remember the name of it (I didn't buy the magazine, it's kind of expensive). Next time I go to the bookstore, I'll write it down. But my guess is that it's probably the same prototype that's on that website. |
