I've just been told that Gizmondos are being sold in a bundle with ten games for around $65 in Sweden

I'm not swedish, but I do work in Sweden quite often, and I've seen them in several Swedish EBGames stores (the ones that're not placed in the bigger cities/areas)

I haven't checked the price, but hell, if they're actually going for less than about $100, I'll make sure to pick one up the next time I see one. Guess it's a nice collectible to have in the future + if it's good for portable emulation, then I should most certainly own one.

(+I bet if I say I wanna buy the Gizmondo in the glass-cage, they'll go all "WTF; buy a DS/PSP instead!" and then I'll have to be all sarcastic and rude and say something like "did you hear me say 'give me the DS/PSP in the glass-cage'?", or maybe they'll just be happy to get rid of them)

This game is better than GTA (the 21st century's first major hit) because the levels are maze-like and empty instead of being fun to explore.

It's not as good as True Crime, though.

Fun fact: Gizmondo was simply a big scam by the Swedish mob. Which makes the game rather fitting, amirite?

The Beckett Massive Online Gamer owl is pretty funny but what you need to do now is make a bunch of Jack Thompson and Wii jokes like the guys at joystiq did. Only then will you win "teh intarweb lolzors".

If someone photoshopped a picture that contained that owl, Reggie Fils-Aime, and the text "o rly FTW!" the entirety of the Gaming Age forums would implode in a massive orgasm.

I especially love how the Joystiq comments devolved into a next-gen console flamewar. Of course, I don't regularly read Joystiq, so this may be a daily occurrence over there.

I stand by my belief this is not the first mansex in games.
(okay, so this is more man/fish sex)

"You will see a large swinging tentacle. Target it
and get near it (but not too near). Throw your new
Boomerang at it and it will retract into the ceiling.
Get close again and it will come back down and
try to attack. "
Combine with the picture on the page...

Never said it was. I can name Fallout and Fable, off the top of my head.

That was the best part of their article, the stupid kiddies fighting over who's gonna rule and who's gonna drool. Idiots.

Also, that Halcyon Daze song I was looking for forever ago is on the ~new Local H Demos cd. Yay!

A penis ravaged by flesh-eating bacteria and leprosy, perhaps.

Possibly perfect. I say possibly in case it is (somehow, probably with black magic) improved upon even farther.
