So, I posted a few pictures of this thing in the FFVI Siggraph topic in the news section earlier. But now that I've secured myself a disc of my own with the video (and I got kinda bored). I figured I'd upload this little video showing it (Chocobo de Battle) in action.

It's only a short 1min thing and I'm not sure if you could call this a lost "treasure" or not, as it was most likely just meant as a tech demo and not really a full game. But still, it is somewhat interesting to see it with the motion controls and stuff. Especially since everything is about motion controls, gestures and shape recognition these days and who's done what type of controls, before the Wii and PS3 came out and so on.

I still remember reading this article years ago in Gamefan, where they insisted Chocobo de Battle pushed 80 MILLION POLYGONS. Good times.

Is it just me or does the main character on the left in the scan look like he's from Planet of the Apes?

You're right! Give him a pair of sunglasses and he'd almost be The Terminator from the Planet of the Apes... At the moment, he's John Travolta starring in Grease from the Planet of the Apes

I'm not sure how hi-res it'll be, but this is the largest size my scanner gave me.
