In the huge pile of stuff I've been working my way through recently, I found this little interesting treat;

Wow, that's a really clean transfer for a VHS tape -> YouTube.
Also, an interesting video. Thanks

Seems like your new hardware passes the test Carn. Nice work.

wow that is different. i was just expecting to see footage similar to the proto version flying around on the web, which also pops up for sale here and there with surprising regularity, but ive never been able to justify the expense to myself.

Very nice find. Thanks for sharing it. I think the most interesting change were those planes flying around the 1000 AD map.

Well, there is no Millenial Fairgrounds area (the balloons are popping over the castle), so either they were going to have the two areas combined, one wouldn't exist, or the layout and character placement of both/either would have been largely different.

Also, windmills.

Very interesting stuff. The art style of the overworld is reminiscent of Actraiser.

Yeah, planes and windmills... odd. It looks so much different than the final product... I was expecting footage from the proto or something along those lines, so this was a nice surprise. CT is one of my all-time favorite games, great find. :D

Ah very cool vid, lots different stuff in there. Weird to see the final was so different, as CT is an awesome game. However, I really like the 'Miami Vice' wannabe in the beginning, cool shades.
