Hey there, been lurking this site for two years but never bothered to post or create a user since... well, i don´t have any expertise or anything interesting to add..
But hopefully i do now!
I live in Sweden, working at a videogame-store and yesterday i helped clean through a box of old discarded CD:s and cartriges, filled with broken games, demos, and everything else my boss deemed worthless. Then i found a American Demo-cartridge for Donkey Kong 64! Oh the joy! Anyway, is this interesting for anyone?
One of the few mentions i found of it was on this site..

Don´t know if it has been analysed in any greater extent, or even if
it could be remotely interesting.. So... what´s the verdict?
I currently don´t have acess to my N64, so i´m not even sure it´s working even... planning to fetch it on saturday... |

If you mean the Kiosk Demo unit, the US one's been dumped.
You should hold on to it though, it might be worth something. |

| Is this a kiosk demo (retail copy of game with label artwork reading "Not For Resale" or something similar)? Or do you mean a demo in the sense of limited levels available to play, different title screen, etc. Or do you mean demo as in a beta build of the game? Pictures of the cart might help if you're not sure. |

Never heard of photobucket or imageshack?
Anyway - that is indeed the US kiosk demo, and has been dumped (and is available widely throughout the usual suspect of sites hosting such materials) |
