I used to carry around a GB Light but I graduated to a DS and then 3DS. Also, carrying around your own GB and trying out the place's games makes it a lot easier to be mistaken for a shoplifter.

so is there any good recordings of the song anywhere? unless i missed it earlier. this is pretty interesting, im really surprised they made a change like that. sort of makes you wonder how many casual japanese fans would know this.

Download the .GBS file (it's out there!) and make a recording yourself?

i have no idea of where to even look for .gbs files. ive used em before, but it seems like with the discrepencies outlined in this thread that it might be a little difficult to find the correct file, and im not sure i'd recognize it even if i did find it. i was just hoping that maybe there was a youtube of it or something, i'll go searching for the .gbs when ive got a minute.

The currently ripped GBS of 1.0 does not include the sound effect differences for leveling up; I could include it as well as all of the other sounds.
