Does anybody have any leads on this game? It looks to be a 3D/2.5D action game. Based on the screenshots it was somewhat far along in development. there was a preview of the game in either egm or gamepro and I believe it was being developed by gt interactive. I am the most diehard b&b fan ever so I would love for this game to see the light of day. fyi I am not discussing the unreleased b&b arcade or japanese port of virtual stupidity.

Here is a link to a video of various screen shots

I remember seeing a couple shots of this in EGM years ago, was just looking at it again actually when I went back home during winter break and was flipping through old magazines.

I wonder if this was actually being developed by GT themselves or if they were just publishers. There's several over Beavis and Butthead games they were making which they only served as publishers.

I'll have to see if I can dig up anything.

any info would be greatly appreciated. the game looks to be playable so it would be amazing if it was found and preserved(and released) Very Happy

I'd settle for the arcade rom also. It's been dumped but not released. I think dreamtr was the one who owned & dumped it.

Wow, I am out of the loop. I don't even remember ever hearing about this or an arcade game. I always wondered why Virtual Stupidity never got ported to a console, because it's a shame it's been so forgotten.

Virtual Stupidity was released for the PSX in Japan.

Wow. Did it hold up in the transition? (Aside from the language issues, of course.)

Here's a walkthrough of that version.

The Japanese dub seems to be pretty terrible, not sure how it compares to the PC game..

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, but just wanted to link this here.

A preview for the game in Game Informer 66. Gives the developer as "New Level" who we're making it for GT Interactive. Is anyone familiar with them or their other games?

still daydreaming about this game Smile I guess I watch too much Beavis & Butthead.

Looks like the developer was "New Level Software" which was founded by Russell Patterson.
