Developed by Epyx, presumably this was a canceled official game planned for release in Japan.
Not much information except it's a "dice-based puzzle game". Looks like Palamedes or maybe Cadillac/Square Deal for Famicom.
(they also announce an unlicensed Taiwanese MD shmup) |

This subject has already been discussed here, but I don't think Cascade ever got a release on Mega Drive, neither on cartridge, nor through MegaNet/Sega Channel. |

Cascade was one of several titles (including Slime World) under consideration by Razorsoft. I don't know if Renovation was ever going to release it. Apparently Sega was not too pleased with the game. |
