Hey guys. I am in the search for any WWF or WWE games that are beta / dev versions or prototypes or early builds.

The two big ones I am searching for is SmackDown 4 for PS2 and RAW 2 for XBox.

If anyone knows any info on them or knows of someone or somewhere that might have them, I'd love to hear about it. Thanks!

I seem to have the following for PSX/PS2:

WWF Smackdown
WWF Smackdown vD
WWF Smackdown 2 (w/ debug code) - 3 copies

And Dreamcast:

WWF Royal Rumble

I'd happily upload these for you, but I'm currently about 5000 miles away from my protos though. The earliest I'll be able to do anything with them is next year.

I'd definitely be interested in seeing those but damn, having to wait till next year is tough.

I don't think a copy of this has been located, let alone dumped, but the box for WWF WrestleMania Challenge on the NES shows an early design for the title screen. See the image at the bottom of the page here, and compare with the retail title screen.

I've also seen some scans from an old Game Boy strategy guide that had noticeably different pre-release screens from WWF Superstars, though I can't seem to find the images now.

On the Nestral Unreleased Nes page, there was a picture of an even earlier version of WWF WrestleMania Challenge, where the game is instead called WWF Survivor Series. And it has Hulk Hogan, Macho Man, and Elizabeth on the title screen instead of Ultimate Warrior.

Roll on 2015 then. I would also like these especially if they have themes 1 minute or longer unlike the retail version in Smackdown 2 and Royal Rumbles case where theres themes needed but the retail version had them chopped down to a rubbish 25 seconds.

Essa Rios and Dean Malenko (Smackers 2) and Cheesehead Al Snow (Royal Rumble) are definitely 3 themes we need from those disks especially if those debugs and VDs have the 1 minute or longer themes.

You can tell I'm in it for the themes. If you decide you spent too much on them to release the actual game disks I'd be happy just for you to release the themes on the disks as thats the aspect I would like released from them.

You know it would be interesting to see them playing in the early stages but the themes are my number 1 interest on them as well as my reason for wanting RAW 2 and Smackers 4 like the other dude for me it's all about the early stage music and the possible longer lengh of the tracks.

WWE 13 has one to buy now.
