Looks like it would have been a better game than the first, and much truer to its source.

No idea if it's already been dumped.

Probably not, but he will likely sell it. He also had the Sound Fantasy prototype, which was eventually dumped and released by whoever bought it.

From the gameplay videos, I determined that the game was most likely developed by Software Creations and the musician is Allister Brimble.

Ste Pickford uploaded a font he created for (what I'm assuming is) this game back in 2009. I wonder if he might know anything more about it?

It's listed in his company Orchestral Media Developments' portfolio.

Oh, I verified the developer for this way back in April, here: https://twitter.com/frankcifaldi/status/593233269921046529

It was Riedel, same as the previous Tom & Jerry game.

Hmm... I'm slightly baffled. I'm guessing the audio got outsourced unlike the previous game? Or maybe there's a third Tom and Jerry game out there? Slightly confused at the moment...
