Buh.

I spent the last few days doing a crappy job of rewriting wwwboard in php.

http://katchoo.net/pwb/index.php

It isn't real pretty, but it works, and it has some limited post edit functionality (body only). I didn't write the delete functionality into it yet, but I'll get around to it. Also, the preview button actually posts, I didn't bother writing it's function (and I should probably delete it... or fix it.)

So, if anyone wants to play around in it, comments and suggestions welcome.

Hey, um, do it again, ignore the "what" thing (the "Index" link used to say "What", that wasn't your doing), and tell me exactly what you did. I did it once and I can't figure out what I did. I think I know where the problem is, but I wanna be sure if possible.

Okay, the "what" may have been from the other thing, but check out the handling of quotes and apostrophes. The post title was supposed to be test. for "editting", and look at the contents of the reply to the editted post for didn't.

Oh, and click on 834 and check out the Follow Ups. There should only be one (837). I'm seeing the three again, although without the "what" error.

Okay, the followups thing is, I believe, fixed.

I had quotes working and then broken, back and forth a few times. That should be a relatively easy fix, thankfully though. (Need to fix that in bodies too, I think.)

I also need to fix the Re: re: re: re: re: thing.

edit: I possibly lied about the followups thing. We'll see.
edit: ' and " bs fixed. Until it breaks again! Which it won't.

That postthreading problem is fixed, and it was way easier and simpler than I thought it would be. I introduced the problem when I added in all the html formatting junk. Whoops.

More bugs! Next!

If anyone cares, I've got the thing at a working state. It's missing a few things I want to pretty up and/or change around, but as far as I know it works a-ok.

http://katchoo.net/pwb/download will download the most up to date "release".

Lastly, read the readme.txt and edit the settings file and ask whatever questions you may have or features you think would be cool or whatever.
