Well, I'm following that little auction and it really seems to be going nowhere. Noone trusts the guy to put in any kind of bid. He went wrong is so many ways and they would be easy to rectify in some cases. A simple video of the game being turned on, NES top up. And a video of the rf cable leading to the tv all in one shot. That would at least let us know that the onscreen image is from the game and system and not being broadcast from somewhere else.
