Not a problem, thank you guys for the kind words. I'm actually not all that savvy on scanning stuff either, so I had no idea wether it would end up looking like ass or not Smile

There's a lot of weird stuff going on in that issue of GF, incidentally. Some of it is just interesting-souvenir-from-1994, like a mini preview of "Tomb Raiders starring Lara Cruz". However, in the section with info on E3 and upcoming games, they say that "Howard Lincoln, president of Nintendo of America, hinted towards a few upcoming N64 titles. He said that Kid Icarus 64 and Metroid 64 will both be available for N64 (when, he didn't specify)"

Anyone ever hear of that, or was NoA just blowing smoke?

When was Howard Lincoln even president? Wouldn't it still have been Arakawa at that point?

I do remember reading that same rumor, but I don't remember where.

The Other Stuff section of Gamefan was often about as reliable as EGM's Quartermann column.

Heh, I've just checked the ESRB site and they have Lobo rated, for both the Genesis and SNES.

...I'll post the other stuff I've found in a new topic.

Oh, cool. I re-hosted it on youtube, for no particular reason:

Looks like someone has a rom. There is no contact information on the page though.

Domain was registered anonymously for him with GoDaddy. Web and mail hosting is also on GoDaddy servers. Page source has nothing revealing... Original WMV doesn't have any authoring information. No helpful information... Sad

Perhaps...

Server = "Apache/1.3.33 Server at AppStuff Port 80"

Seems like Apache, like many other hosting platforms, uses info@domain.ext...

However, I've tried that and pretty much any standard and logical username for the domain. All of them bounced. I'm not dictionarying and joe-jobbing this. XP

Sorry, guys... Sad

I'm kinda glad this didn't come out. I loved reading Lobo as a kid, and I'd hate to see it go the way of games like shaq fu.

Speaking of comic book characters, Shadowhawk was supposed to make a 16-bit appearance. Anyone ever seen any info on that?

Still have it. It is SNES.

Deal fell through after he agreed to one price stalled and then asked to buy it at a lower price.

The guy who owns a copy is two posts above yours, make him an offer, buy it, and dump it yourself.
