On a few sites a while back im sure I saw rumours of a SNES Port of RR2. Im tempted to chalk this up as an urban myth... can anyone shed some light on this????

I vaguely remember a SNES version being worked on.
If I remember correctly, it was being done by Visual Concepts, using their Taz engine.
Probably killed off about the same time that Harley's Humongous Adventure (a SNES game I worked on with Visual Concepts) was sold to THQ. EA just found less friction and more success on the Genesis, than Nintendo platforms. |

I don't know if there was any more mention in the media than this, but here is a brief blurb from (I think?) Nintendo Magazine System in the UK:

You uncovered another unreleased SNES game with that page: Pacific Islands. |
