So, I was digging through an old magazine I snagged at retromags, and I found that damn near every game mentioned in the e3 section was shitcanned. Sadly, these images are too big to place on any good image sharing thing, so I rared them and dumped them on megaupload. Enjoy!

That's a hell of a lot of shitcanned games. But I remember Aeon flux. I think it had a bit of hype behind it. |

Some of these games were released in Europe; Cheesy, Swagman (both PSX and Saturn), Galaxy Fight, Jewels of the Oracle & Mickey's Wild adventures. |

Yes, I don't think it's implied that all of these games were canceled, just most of them.
Swagman came out for the PlayStation in the U.S. as well. I saw stacks of it discounted at Meijer back when the system was dying and I still cared about collecting games. |

cool, thanks for the corrections. I'm working with a list that's not 100% correct. I'm slowly going through it bit by bit but it's about 20+ systems long. I'm working on a bit of an "unreleased master list."
It's a slow process because I'm "borrowing" info from many lists that are up to if not older then 6-10 years old. Some of the info is from old newsgroup posts. As soon as I feel comfortable with the quality of it I'll post it here. |

If we're keeping track of things, Cheesy also came out in Japan. The same goes for the PlayStation and Saturn ports of Galaxy Fight, and the Saturn version was even released in the U.S. |

Pachuka, who cares about a master list, why don't you add some content to your X-cult site? A list with no write-up or screenshots is kinda useless. Plus its not that credible either, especially when that list was ripped from wikipedia. |

Content will be added once our redesign and scripts are upgraded. No point in adding squat now, because we have every game posted on the front page. No good.
As for the list, I'd say less then 2% of it was on wikipedia, nor would I hold that as a 100% credible source. Most of my list is from various lists people have had on the net for years, with updates and such. |

No can do currently redeye. I'm stuck on my work PC till tuesday. That's when I get the internet for the first time since december of '04! Took me a while to rebuild after that whole jail thing. hehe
Basicly I'm just colecting lists and filtering them for games that have been released, then digging for proof that they were ever in development. Also have they been obtained and copied to a digital format. |
