Y'know, the guy's name is Chris Bores. In and of itself, that's an accurate sentence.
Honestly, it makes perfect sense that they replaced the game. In 1987-1988, 5 to 10 year old children loved Super Mario Bros., and Nintendo of America didn't want to ruin Christmas with every SMB2J level after World 6. |

That was not what I meant. It was more along the lines of "Do you really expect me to think you have any actual ownership of this AVGN-clone video?"
Perhaps I sounded a bit harsher than intended, and all the factors that led to that post aren't necessarily expressed, but... yeah. |

AFTER World 6? You got patience.
I thought world 4 is where the level designer started to be an asshole.
Unless it's a VC emulation issue, 6-4 also lacks the audio cues (in All-Stars) to tell you if you took the right path. |

It's no emulation issue. Unfortuantely, I know this firsthand.
Super Mario Brothers should NOT require a Strategy guide. Aaahh.. XP |

Has anyone told this guy he's no James Rolfe. Because he's no James Rolfe.
At least his nerd character can call out a seriously horrible game, and doesn't tell localization stories that everyone who read at least a few issues of Nintendo Power back in the day already knows and makes them out to be some great cover-up.
I think THIS guy was the real character basis for Furious Famicom Faggot on SomethingAwful's flash tub, not AVGN.
Also I hate his stupid face. |

| And thus one of the points I didn't express has been stated by two of the folks here; who'd WANT to own this guy's vids? At the least Angry Video Game Nerd's research errors aren't glaringly obvious or of major relevance to the actual review content. |
