I recently will need someone to dump it once it comes from New York, It is a demo version of New Super Mario bros for the DS, And It is real, And it is no joke.
I should recive it in about 2-3 months, After that, I may make another announcement (a legal thread bump, on-topic!) as well as a request from someone (See details.) for dumping a rom,
Who knows, Maybe if NESPlayer.com will feature the (possible) diffrences from the romdump
The dumper must live in:
Washington or Oregon, snail mail only, must pay tax for residents in Washington
and other than that, must know how to dump basic NDS roms before starting.
This is an exciting event, To celebrate this rom's release is right near my 21st birthday, I will say this is the greatest discovery in the DS Scene's history, and the second(?) showing of a Mario proto in 2011
This is all until I receive the cartridge! so just a BIG announcement for y'all

LAUGHING OUT LOUD talk about over hyping it. It's just a not for resale demo for gods sake. Those aren't anywhere near what's classified as a "proto." |

Not sure how much newer consoles are, but I'm pretty sure SNES "Not for resale" are just relabeled final copies.
(I'm doubting there's much different besides "Demo Version" on the title screen.)
(I have a Tetris Attack NFR, I dumped the ROM and it's identical to the retail.) |

Is it any more interesting than the for-resale version? I'd guess not. |

the demo versions are like the windwaker demo on the zelda gamecube disc, they're all time limited with different areas accesible from a menu. |
