After several months of virtual inactivity towards the outside world, there is a new article here at Lost Levels for your reading enjoyment.
Jonathan Wirth, the man who has previously brought you the expose on Nintendo's Earthbound, now presents you with a glimpse inside the world of unrleased Jajamaru games.
Read on and enjoy Spotlight: Taro's Quest.. a little late for the gift-oriented holidays, but just in time to ring in the new year. |

It's not often you see games with graphics that are still Japanese in style, but given a major facelift. Looks like Jaleco was really putting a lot into this one... |

I may be alone on this, but their visual facelift with the character degisns was miles ahead from the original. I would have died to play this myself. |

Good article, very interesting information.
But about the last line, how does one go about enjoying the game without a download link? |

Seriously... the English in this game is stuff of legends!
I gotta reflash my GBA Flash cart and start playing this awesomeness XD
Bwahahaha, maybe I should out of pure boredom sit down and make a "decyphering" patch. |

Sorry to bring up such an old topic! This game looks great! The link is no longer working for the game download though. Does any one have another link for this? Thanks Bunches! |
