Sorry about bumping this old thread, but I found this topic while searching for an article I'm writing on tasteless video game licenses. Are you sure that Radio Flyer game really was based on the movie?
Oh, and hi, Frank, this is Per Arne. I'll probably be able to do that thing we were talking about in the near future. |

I'm gonna give my own site some CPR and finish the article I'm doing for RG this weekend, and then I'll probably have time to look at the piece. I've got some questions, though, I'll email you once I'm ready.
Oh, and I see the logo for the movie is the same as in that screenshot, looks like that really was supposed to be an offical Radio Flyer game. |

Yeah, there were articles that mentioned it back in the day. I remember reading a letter from a reader in VG&CE talking about awful licensed titles and the guy mentioned Radio Flyer as something that never should have made it out. He suggested the game was released for the PC or Amiga or some other computer but I've never been able to confirm that as fact. I've never found a disk image or box art, either. |
