Super Famicom game "Traffic Panic"
Has anyone heard of or have this game? It is similar to
Super Bomberman was was shown in EGM at one time.
I would love to get this game if anyone has one or any info as to where I could find it. Is probably a "prototype" |

Well, without a scan of said article, and remembering EGM made up names for Japanese games a lot, may I present...
SUPAAKU-WAARUDO
... or Spark World, if that's easier. |

You are the MAN! That is it!
There was no real article, but rather a scan of the screen and explaining something about cars!
Thanks a million! |

There were also TWO other Super Bomberman type games on the Super Famicon, one was Bakuto Dochers, do you or anyone else know the other?
Both were released in Japan only. |

Dotchers is the only other one that immediately comes to mind (besides the Japanese-only SB4 and 5), unfortunately. |

Does anyone else know a SFC Bomberman-like game other than these mentioned? |

Otoboke Ninja Colosseum?
I'm pretty sure there's another one or two, as well. |

You are right! There is a SD Gundam one "Super Tekyu Fight" that I found at The Worm Hole and if you know of any others I would greatly appreciate it!
When I find these then I can try to get the cartridge from Japan.
Thanks... |

Can't think of any others off-hand, but I'll keep any eye out.
This Worm Hole site is pretty neat.....although god only knows why he thinks anyone would enjoy "Ushio and Tora". God, what an awful game. |

There’s another Super Bomberman type game that EGM call “Panic in Nakayoshi Park” which involved apples and Sailor Moon. It’s in issue 63 (Donkey Kong Country cover) along with “Denz Traffic Panic”. |

Yes, you are right and that may be the final obe unless someone else chimes in! The Bombermen type game ceratinly hit their stride with the SFC/SNES.
Sunsoft had a similar fighting game in a Bomberman arena called "Sugoi Hebereke".
Now I am looking for these cartridges if anyone knows which shops have them:
Spark World
Super Tekyu Fight
Panic in Nakayoshi Park
Sugoi Hebereke
The others I have!
Thanks everyone... |

Can you help with that? |

Dave: in my experience, you just kind of have to find the kanji somewhere and search for it. |
