My DS collection is so far "perfect" (no titles that I feel are bad/crappy):
Phoenix Wright
Trauma Center
Metroid Prime Hunters - Demo
Another Code (Trace Memory)
Wario Ware - Touched
Project Rub (Feel the Magic)
Castlevania - Dawn of Sorrow
Advance Wars - Dual Strike
+I have a M3 and a PassMe to run awesome stuff such as the Heretic port on.
As for the PSP...
I have a 1gb mem-stick.
and...
Metal Gear Ac!d
SpiderMan 2 (Free UMD for registering the crappy piece of shit)
In total, I suppose that means I've spend pretty much the same amount of money on both consoles, so far, I'm playing the hell out of my DS... While the PSP fails horribly thanks of cool games and what I've previously referred to as overrated homebrew. |

I seriously don't remember what the context behind that was but if I'm owed a cake I want my damn cake!
My DS top 10 in no real order:
- Feel the Magic
- Wario
- Kirby Kanvas Kurse
- Castlevania
- Mario 64
- Nintendogs
- Sprung (Seriously! Give it a chance!)
- Competitive Pictochat Dick Drawing
- Anything else that isn't Lunar because fuck that game
Actually that's more of a top 8 I guess but that's all I've played. Good games though! |

Really?
I tried to like that, I did. It just felt like a bad hentai game without the payoff. |

Really! I never played as the dude but the girl's game is great, if only for the fact that you get to use mace on everyone in the game whenever you want. Then your character LAUGHS at them. |

I just got a DS yesterday, and only have Castlevania and Mario 64 so far, but oh my GOD Castlevania is like sex in a postage-stamp-sized package. There's something unusually pleasing about dragging your finger across the screen to shatter blocks or kill a boss.
Mario 64, on the other hand, is awkward to control and stuffed to the brim with weird gimmicks (which I really should've come to expect from Nintendo's launch titles by now). Still, though, it's pretty darned fun. |

I would have said otherwise six months ago, but now I've got to go with the Nintendo DS. It's where all the fun games are at... where else are you going to play Pac 'n Roll, or Trauma Center, or Castlevania, or a brand new Dig Dug?
The PSP has a few good games, like Burnout Legends, and it's a great emulation machine, but it's not a very practical handheld, with a low battery life, a high price and a delicate, not at all travel-friendly design. It's one of the better portable game systems, but not the best.

All I remember about that game after playing it was Pac Man screaming PAC N WOLLLL at the title screen
(also the huaghlhuaghl noise pac man makes when he's getting instructions from that fairy thing was funny in a terrible, terrible way to me)
(also I remember not really having fun playing the game) |

Only got 2 games and will get a 3rd in a bit
Mario 64
Wario Touched
Going to get lost in Blue!
Heck, just get a DS for the GBA ability. The orgional and SP sucked by compairison. Both too small (I'm pretending micro doesnt exist)
And whats the deal with Castlevaina? I heard months ago it was going to be dull just a run of the mill SOTN rip off like the last 3 but now everyone I talk to says its the greatest thing of all time.
Oh well might have to get it now too |

"WHere do babies come from" is the sequal to Project Rub/Feel the Magic (think it's out in Japan as we speak)
Anyway, I want it >_>

Burnout Legends is out on the DS next month.
Besides, Legends is basicly just a "inbetween" of Burnout 2 and 3.
So unless you've never played burnout or just played too much burnout, Legends has nothing to offer
I think the emulation part is really overrated (homebrew in general on it is, as noone's made anything "impressive" yet, that's actually designed to take proper advantage of the hardware)
As for being one of the better portable game systems...
Well, it strikes in on a good 3rd place in my opinion, after the DS (#1) and GBA (#2) >_>
(And that's about all handhelds there is to compete with) |

Talking about the emulation factor, I'd like to mention the new GP2X.
It'll cost you about the same as a NDS, uses SD Memory, it'll give you the ability to watch Video (SD Memory not Included) on the go (320x240TFT screen) and it also has composite video out (neat thing IMHO, it'll even display at up to 720x480 Video on TV).
Being a successor to the GP32, which has a load of emulators up to SNES, there hopefully will be many people supporting the GP2x with
emulation and homebrew software.
Unfortunately large Developers will not support the Gp2x so you might have to write them yourself (It is very endorsed) or stick with emulation and probably somewhat semi-professional Korean Anime-like games. Oh and it's Linux-based, so some people will find that cool too (unfortunately it is not backwards-compatible).
