| I found this on ThePirateBay and I can tell you it could get in the top 10 list of "Shittiest, Most Half-Assed Coding in a Released Game." Aside from being very crash-prone, it HAS to be installed in c:\ec or it won't run. There aren't even any bullet animations. It's just getting sold for shock value. |

In this article on Manhunt for PS2, they talk about Ethnic Cleansing. Not only there's a link to EC on wiki, but the Skinz Gang may be a taunt to the makers of Ethnic Cleansing. 
I also remember seeing on the news here in New York about Ethnic Cleansing. People were sure upset about a game like this being made... |
