That reminds me, back in the day when this thread was still new, RedEye and I got into a bidding war for the concept art library for Disney Interactive. In there were the storyboards for an unreleased (unstarted?) lion king game. It looked like it was going to be a simple interactive storybook kind of thing. Next time I clean out my closet I'll scan all that stuff in, I doubt I have a digital copy that wasn't taken on a Razr phone or something. |

Disney didn't actually release that?
I recall when CD-ROM was just becoming the standard PC software distribution format, Disney advertising and releasing interactive storybook software for PC. I must've seen at least one of those on the shelf back in the day. |

My memory is hazy, I haven't looked at that archive in a decade. It looks like they released an activity game with different mini-games: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pZF8ReMcloc
I know the concept art was showing examples of mini-golf, because I had one of the drawings with timone and pumba carrying golf clubs framed. |
