Alright, it's quarter after 4 in the morning and i'm still at work waiting for something to finish. I thought i'd mention a few things i don't normally talk about.
1.) ProTip: Sony engineers get kind of pissy when you mention the "Sixaxis" can only track three axis. "OK, so you track X, Y, Z... and?"
2.) Sony's motion tracking is more advanced then Nintendo's, two things hold it back. One, with two hands on the controller, you're limited to how you can twist around the Sixaxis (imagine holding a sixaxis like a baseball bat). Two, Nintendo's SDK for the wiimote is so simple a 10 year old can program it. I could honestly teach one of you to program wiimote gestures in less then 5 minutes.
3.) Surfer Girl is beginning to frighten me. There's no doubt where she works now(note: the following sentence isn't connected in any way). I haven't heard anybody mention LiveUniverse in *years*. I wonder if i can get any footage of it?
4.) RedEye needs to post more stories about Tim Schafer. They just put Brutal Legend Zippo lighters up on the Double Fine store, i feel drawn to them. |

I've given up on identifying surfer girl, my best guess now is "internal microsoft with lots of anonymous friends."
True Tim Schafer story: Tim Schafer is surfer girl. |

I thought EA too at one time, because she hasn't blown very many EA secrets yet. |

Not half as pissed as microsoft account reps get when you abbreviate it as "M$". They let it slide when I emailed them about a broken kit and called it an "Xbox 270" |

The thing that really bugs them is the pluralization - the plural of "Lego" is "Lego"! |

Yeah, the press thing I got said to call it "Nintendo's Wii," but I don't think the bloggers stuck to that.
Am I the only one that wants to punch my monitor when I read or hear "Wiimote"? |

I'm holding out hope that the Virtual Console will support Dreamcast games in the future, because I can't wait to start hearing people talk about "Wiimcast" games. |

Oh shit. You just made me think about the Wii getting Bangai-O for the Dreamcast, which then made me think about Bangai-O's Japan-only release for the N64.. oh god Nintendo I BEG YOU, you can even bring it out before Bionic Commando if you want. Zombie Jesus please. |

That's never going to happen, not enough hard drive space or processing power. |

I could see Nintendo releasing Bangai-O for virtual console to help market Bangai-O Spirits for DS. |

If it doesn't work on amateur emulators, it probably doesn't work on Nintendo's. |
