Well, yes, obviously, but that doesn't mean "hebereke" has a different meaning in both cases. They're both Japanese.

This, basically. There's no "kanji" for Hebereke, it's always spelled in simple hiragana characters. And from what google says, it basically means "drunk" or "untrustworthy".
