Since I often came up with screenshot of games I can't find any info at first I thought to open a thread where ask about these type of games.

This a 2 Galt , a Genesis game from EA.
Probably released under another name. Who knows ?

A Konami beat em up. Maybe for PS1 but I'm not sure.

Van Battle for Saturn.
I remember there was a similar game in the Saturn initial line up but I can't remember the name and I can't find anything under "Van Battle".

2 Galt came out as Techno Clash. I remember this because back in the day I thought 2 Galt was the stupidest name ever. That was years before 2 Fast 2 Furious and Driv3r, of course.

@Tongueman
Yep, stupid name is stupid.
I still can't still believe Sega named a game Green Dog.

@BBH:
That's it, thanks.

Round 2

Ocean's Offensive for PS1:

US Gold's Gunship for Master System:

Taito's Bubble Air.
That's an arcade game similar to Pang. My best guess is that later it evolved into Puzzle Bobble ( or maybe it was released under a different name ):

I highly doubt those Gunship pictures are from a Master System. Mega Drive, maybe?

Seems so. US Gold released Gunship for Mega Drive in Europe.

Haerotoko no star tour , PS1.
I believe it was released ...

Red Plasma, SCEI , PS1

Labyrinth ( AKA Legend ) , SCEI , PS1.
Looks like a first person RPG.
Doesn't seem to be the Wizardry game SCEI published in 1995.

That last one is maaaaaaybe a King's Field game? Maybe? It's the only first person RPG of the era I can think of, though it looks a whole lot prettier than either King's Field (Japan) or King's Field...

Red Plasma looks to me to be an early build of Omega Boost. The Mech looks almost identical to the one in OB, just untextured.

But King's Field was made by From Software and SCEI hadn't anything to do with it.

Interesting.
The design is similar indeed.
OB came out in 1999 but that screen is from 1995.

I'm wondering if Pile-up March for PS1 was ever released in Japan.
Identified as SLPS-00289 : Baiabbu Machi (Pairuappu Machi), Gamefaqs says it was cancelled but I'm not sure.
http://www.gamefaqs.com/ps/580786-pairuappu-machi

Any suggestion ?

And Gran Turismo 5 has been in development since 2004, but hasn't been released yet. Polyphony Digital is known for long development timeframes, and could have had Omega Boost in the wings for years before finishing it after GT 1 got finished.
