I'm kinda worried they won't have enough to fund it now. What happened to 5,000? They now want 30k and it's only got 11 days left. |

$5k-ish is what the buyer paid for the prototype, is my understanding. I guess the cost breakdown goes something like this:
$30,000
- $2,400 (KS fees)
= $27,600
- $5,000 (estimated buyer break-even)
= $22,600
So $22,600 to spread between manufacturing, fulfillment, lawyer fees, hacker fees, possibly the license to the game if there's a rev-share deal or something, and possibly the hourly rates of anyone who worked on the campaign (like the publisher guy, and I think the Nolan Bros are involved in some way?).
That's not a lot of money to go around, I don't think anyone's getting rich off of this. |

The fact that they paid $5000 for Socks the Cat Rocks the Hill is a pretty good argument against giving them money. |

Yeah, it barely made it. I seen other kickstarters barely make it too. I figured there'd be last minute backers that would save it. |

The Kickstarter page now states they should be releasing the unaltered original ROM as well (since the project was funded).
Sounds good, and hopefully most everyone will be happy! |

So did the unaltered ROM ever get released? The only thing I can find is the modified one. |
