Now I've been working hard with a few friends and allies to obtain as many Conker prototypes as possible.
I have contact with one guy who claims to have an E3 Demo of the original Conker game. Also, I have been looking for a guy from the Virtual Boy community who claims to have a prototype of some VB game (probably Dragon Hopper) as well as an ECTS cart of Twelve Tales.
My website for Twelve Tales will be up soon.
I wonder how closely related the GBC Conker game is to the original N64 game? I just bought a copy of Pocket Tales recently.
Scans and downloadable media will be available as well on the website.
If you have any questions/comments or information then please tell me. |

As an aside, I've always found it amusing how many of the same people who proclaim Conker as "the only good game on N64" would be the same people who'd despise it if it had been released the way it was originally shown. |

Unlikly, the final version of the game was significantly different from the original versions. some of the material in Twelve tales was re-used (although altered a bit) for Bad Fur Day (such as the wind mill, or scare crow).
Sparxster: I wish you much luck in your search for protos of the game. I know a lot of people would like to see this game leaked, or at the very least know that someone in the community has it. |

There's nothing from Twelve Tales in Live and Reloaded. Live and Reloaded's remake of BFD was just that. A scene for scene remake. Only difference is a few jokes that Conker makes to the developers about promising it to be a port. There's a few small changes, like the difficulty is overall easier.
Conker also now has a bat with nails in it as opposed to a frying pan. |
