I found the ROM of a "Double Dragon IV" for the NES. I was under the impression there were only three in the series, and by checking the Double Dragon Dojo it seems I was right. So at first I believed it a pirate original, but the thing has credits... And after each demo it says "1991. Game. Conversion by. Software Creations" (I think it was Software Creations).
An unreleased proto, maybe? |

CHRIST Software Creations made a ton of ass games. They also did the really horrible SNES Batman FinalFight-ripoff ("Really Shitty Batman") in addition to this disasterpiece. |

And yet, somehow, Kiwi Kraze turned out to be one of the best console conversions of The NewZealand Story. It even has BETTER play control than the original.
Figure that one out. |
