As some of you might know, Chris Senn has been recollecting almost everything that's left from the original concepts, sketches, models, etc from the long lost Sonic X-Treme game for Saturn.
Now he's just made a whole site where he plans to upload the biggest resource for SX info, at http://www.sonic-xtreme.com. At this moment the "Levels" section is done, showing even some very early concept pics (even a 2D Sonic game, possibly Sonic MARS).
Plus it's 100% butter free. Enjoy. |

It's taken me awhile but I am starting to restore my interest in Sonic X-Treme. Another out of control April Fools joke could absolutely kill my interest though. |

Chris has just added the story for Sonic Mars, among others.
From what I remember, some of you guys have actually read through the original "Sonic Mars" script. Was it really just that small text with a cover? |

It wasn't a "script," there's an actual design document. It's pretty thick, probably at least 100 pages, and has illustrations. The game was meant to be in 2D. I didn't get to look very closely because it was in a "museum" setting and I wasn't supposed to touch it at all. |
