I see that game in the terrifying software bargain bin of "non-game stores that sells games", along with huge piles of random plagiarism from Phoenix Software. |
If I gave you money, would you mail me a package full of Phoenix, Blast and 505 Game Street games? |

ahahah, serious?
Blast and Phoenix are usually in the 2 for the price of one or 3 for the price of two (with three costing between $25~$40)
505 Game Street and Blast can be ordered from Play.com, they ship internationally for free. And most of the "cheap" releases are like £8.99 ($18).
Also, there is another company doing Simple 2000 series games (Essential Games).
Anyway, if you know kinda what titles you're looking for, feel free to give me a wish-list and I'll get going on a little store hunt sometime early next month or sometime around then.
Meanwhile, enjoy the lovely picture I took with my cellphone one of the times I visited a store with Phoenix stuff:

they sell games like that in supermarkets/corner shops in the uk... stuff like 102 dalmations that sells for like £5 or less... along with PS1 sports titles like this...
Just to let you know this was released several years after this not very good player who played for a not very good team had retired years after becoming a not very good footbal commentator for a vareity of not very good broadcasters |

MiDAS games, another FAVORITE!
I so wonder how these companies work... They have to be made out of 45+ year old people who've taken some sort of programming classes in GUI and Office application design or something, but at some point figured out they could make games instead of the next accounting software or File Browser alternative. |

Seems that Son of the Lion is actually based on a real movie.

I'll see your sexual innuendo and raise you a:
Lion kicking a monkey in the nuts.
Hippo cramming it's fist up a worthog's ass.
Bear screwing a pig.
And in the background there's an elephant dry-humping a tree.
I'm pretty sure the rhino is on ecstasy.
I would pay good money for anyone willing to send me a copy of this game. |

LAUGHING OUT LOUD those Phoenix games look awesome. I wish they would release some of them Stateside. Hopefully Agetec starts releasing more PS2 games like they did when PS1 was becoming outdated. |

You know, that does look a lot like it came out of Bedknobs and Broomsticks. I used to love that movie when I was a kid. |
