Mine's not 'modded', but is a normal, early, PS2 that will play import disks via "SwapMagic 3" boot disk. (Very good and easy to use system)
So far I have 3 import games.
Shadow Tower Abyss (kind of sequel to the original PSX Shadow Tower.) Very good game. I haven't gotten too far into it yet. My biggest problem when I first started was learning how to use a weapon. The game instead of a simple button push to swing a sword uses a really neat system of the R3 knob to control your fighting actions. Depending on which way you move it you can swing left or right, thrust, stab ect... I found out about this one at www.kings-field.com
Fullmetal Alchemist 3: Kami o Tsugu Shoujo
Very good if you are a fan of the series or enjoyed the first 2 games
Transformers: Takaki (Call to the Future)
Not the greatest game in the world, but a lot of fun if you are a fan of the original G1 transformers (1980's) Very compatable import as you can change in the options menu the entire game to english. All voice acting (although very poor compared to the characters) is already in english. |
