I'll assume these are all PS2

I wasn't sure about Dakar, it's most likely Paris Dakar Rally (PS2) - a racing game based on a real-world event.
RC Revenge was a PS1 game, but PS2 also had RC Revenge Pro
Sega Bass Fishing 2 is probably PAL because Acclaim was only the publisher of the UK release, Sega published it elsewhere (I believe)
Same goes for Virtual Cop Elite Edition (was never released in the US - known as Virtual Cop Re-Birth in JP)
XGR3 = XG3
XGR4 is most liklely the same thing as XGRA, because there was no 4, and XGRA come directly after 3. Obviously "Frontend Test" would indicate that it's a test build and not the full version.

The rest seemed pretty run of the mill.

Well, when Acclaim went bankrupt, all of their assets were auctioned off. Everything from awards, to dev kits, to stacks of games.

Wow those gold MK carts are awesome. Its funny how they made every port of Mortal Kombat into a gold cart; including the gameboy and game gear carts. I guess the award was for selling 5 Million copies with all the systems combined.
