Hey, folks. I've updated my secret page with some pics I found in old Famitsus with coverage of the 1988 CES, including:
Neo Vulgus, which later became Titan Warriors
An early title screen of Dragon Warrior
And more beta shots of Top Secret: Hitler no Fukkatsu, plus others.

Chris, can you do me a big favor and see if you have any Japanese coverage of Winter CES 1990? I'm working on a 20 year anniversary retrospective thing about it, but any more info/photos I can get are welcome. |

The best part of this is easily the "American Gamer" sidebar with the drawings of the biker punks and the photo of Howard Phillips. |

Wow, look at all those photos! There are even photos of Nintendo of America's office, which is pretty rare from that vintage.
Are those scans the original size, or did you make them smaller for the web? I don't want to ask too much of you, but if you were to give me all of those pages at 300dpi (or higher. I've been scanning small thumbnail photos at 600dpi personally) I would make use of all of them. Just the Winter show stuff would be enough for now, though I'd definitely like the Summer ones later.
This is the gallery I have so far, by the way. It is currently sourced from I think six or seven different magazines:

The ones that look like garbage are from Nintendo Power, which published the tiniest photos I've ever seen. |

I wonder if Neo Vulgus was possibly planned as the Japanese title? (noticing the "Capcom" copyright, as opposed to the "Capcom USA" copyright in all US games) |

Hey, folks, happy by the way.
I'll have to rescan those pics. so RedEye, I'll do them at 600 dpi and just dump them on you, OK? |
