I would have loved to see this one come out for the 3DO. Presumably, it would have been developed at the same time as the Saturn and Playstation versions. This being due, of course, to the much greater popularity of the Sega and Sony consoles.
Alas, all I see is the 3DO version. But it is better than nothing, and would have been a nice game by the looks of it. I remember the drought of the 1996 versions of EA sports games for the newer consoles.
Upon purchasing NHL 97 for the PSX, man, good grief, was that a stinker.
