Script dump, including story. We can only guess the game was going to allow you to explore the towns in the game and talk to NPCs.
Pretty sure this is Cutting Room Floor material, should it be pasted over there?
The only issue I see is that while it appears the game was going to be a dual-language release, some of the Japanese hex codes appear to overlap with English punctuation.
